Rafa Group’s electronic library, with the mission of creating a culture of knowledge management, was created in the company’s internal servers for the use of all employees, with the following goals:

Human Capital Working Group

The human capital working group was established in 1403 with the aim of identifying and developing the organization’s human resources. This working group includes the human resources of Rafa Group and the human resources of the subsidiary companies with a specific program periodically formed in Rafa Group. The important pillars of their mission are as follows:

  • Examining the existing processes of human resources with the view of improvement and promotion.
  • Choosing the reference model of human resources and checking its compatibility.
  • Develop methods for selecting key employees.
  • Choosing adequate and necessary human resource strategies.

Process Management Training Course For Managers

The training course on business process management at the level of managers of Rafa Group was held on October 22 and 23, 1403 in Rafa Group. This course was held for two days with the presence of Ms. Mirzania, senior and middle managers of Rafa Group and companies. As part of it, a workshop was held with the aim of improving the level of management knowledge and process development.

Leader Level Process Management Training Course

The training course on identification and definition of processes at the level of senior managers of Rafa Group was held on 07/21/1403 in Rafa Group. This one-day course was held with the presence of Mr. Panishate as a professor and the presence of CEOs and middle managers of subsidiaries and senior managers of Rafa Group with the aim of updating information in process management.

Holding The Annual Staff Conference In 2024

The conference of employees of Rafa Group and its subsidiaries at all personnel levels along with their families was held in September 2024. Due to the geographical location of the subsidiary companies, conferences of Rafa Group’s head office and Zob Ahan Asia, Zob Ahan Asia, Boland Parvaz Khavor and Aria Agricultural Industries, due to the proximity to Tehran province, in the city of Tehran and the conference of employees of Saman Steel Complex Company in Yazddar Yazd Province and Aria Mining Co., Ltd. were held in Faryab, Kerman Province. The presence of children, teenagers and young people, families of employees, spouses and parents of employees, senior managers of Rafa Group, subsidiaries of Rafa Group, senior managers of organizations and offices. The region, variety of recreational and entertainment programs, awards, educational and non-academic gifts and the existence of intimate conditions are important and obvious points of this ceremony. This ceremony is held every year at the same time as the new academic year, with the aim of appreciating the efforts, hard work and achievements of employees and supporting their families, as well as accompanying the employees’ children in the new academic year.

Commemoration of the Safety and Health Day of SAMAN Steel Complex

On the occasion of Fire and Safety Day, the employees of the safety and health unit of Saman Yazd Steel Complex were praised and thanked for their efforts. Our health and safety team’s commitment to high standards of safety and the environment demonstrates our determination to conserve natural resources and develop sustainably.

The visit of the honorable governor of Kerman province to Arya Steel Miners Company

In the second semester of 2023, Dr. Fadakar, the honorable governor of Kerman province, along with a team consisting of managers, Friday prayer leaders, and military commanders from Faryab and Kahnouj cities, visited the Arya Steel Miners Company. In this meeting, while visiting all parts of the processing plant as well as the extraction stations, negotiations were held between the CEO of the Mines Company and the honorable governor in the field of solving the problems of the Mines Company.
